RETURN POLICY
THE WORLD OF SIEMPRE are always happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn,
still fitted with all tags and labels attached on, unwashed and unstained.
Shipping costs are not covered by SIEMPRE when the item is sent back. To make the process much easier, we suggest going to your local post office and obtaining a tracking ID from there.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds but an exchange policy is accepted within the first 7-14 days of the purchase that was made. For an easy process, follow the instructions below:
Send an email to infosiempre.world@gmail.com stating the piece item name on the site with your Order ID # in the subject line.
State a description and a picture of the defect/damages. Please state if you would like the same garment sent out or a different garment within the same price range.
Once we have received your item we will send a replacement out you.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that have been worn and has had tags removed.
Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
Try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired to appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odor, marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant and makeup.
